# Commission Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 4064/88 of 21 December 1988 laying down provisions for applying Article 46a of the Conditions of Employment of staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions

## Article 1 {#art_1}

The provisions of Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 91/88, with the exception of Article 5 thereof, shall apply by analogy to staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working conditions.

## Article 2 {#art_2}

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
