# Errichtung einer fünften Notarstelle in Villach

## Langtitel {#§ 0}

Verordnung des Bundesministers für Justiz betreffend die Errichtung einer fünften Notarstelle in Villach
StF: BGBl. II Nr. 466/2003
Auf Grund des § 9 Notariatsordnung wird verordnet:

## Art. 1 {#Art. 1}

Im Sprengel des Landesgerichtes Klagenfurt wird mit Wirksamkeit vom 1. Juli 2004 eine weitere Notarstelle mit dem Amtssitz in Villach errichtet.
