§ 4 Abweichende Regelung zur Erteilung des Kleinschifferzeugnisses
Abweichend von § 78 Absatz 3 Nummer 5 der Binnenschiffspersonalverordnung ist das Kleinschifferzeugnis für kleine Fahrgastschiffe nach dem Muster in Anlage 27 zur Binnenschiffspersonalverordnung in der Weise zu erteilen, dass unter der Anweisung Nummer 12 die Angabe „gilt für Fahrgastschiffe L < 35 Meter und ≤ 150 zugelassene Fahrgäste; gilt nicht auf dem Rhein“ einzutragen ist.
