§ 8 Abrechnung über die Vergütung aus Nebentätigkeiten
Die Beamten haben nach Ablauf eines jeden Kalenderjahres ihrem Dienstvorgesetzten eine Abrechnung über die ihnen zugeflossenen Vergütungen im Sinne des § 6 vorzulegen, wenn die Vergütungen 500 Euro (brutto) im Kalenderjahr übersteigen. In den Fällen des § 6 Abs. 5 sind auch Ruhestandsbeamte und frühere Beamte hierzu verpflichtet.
