Art. 17 VI. Grabbepflanzung, Grabpflege und Gestaltung der Grabstätten
11 Grundsatz 1 Das Bepflanzen und der Unterhalt der Grabstätte sind Pflicht der Angehörigen. Vernachlässigte Gräber werden nach erfolgloser Mahnung durch die Friedhofverwaltung auf Kosten der Angehörigen unterhalten. 2 Auf Wunsch der Angehörigen kann die Friedhofverwaltung die Grabpflege übernehmen. Die Einzelheiten werden in einem Grabunterhaltsvertrag geregelt.
