1 Schadhafte oder nicht mehr feststehende Grabmäler sind von den Unterhaltspflichtigen instand zu setzen. 2 Erfolgt dies nicht, so ist − nach Fristansetzung und Mahnung − Stadtgrün berechtigt, die notwendigen Massnahmen auf Kosten der Unterhaltspflichtigen zu treffen. 3 Kann kein Unterhaltspflichtiger ermittelt werden, so lässt Stadtgrün verfallene oder eine Gefahr darstellende Grabmäler abräumen, ohne Rücksicht auf die Ruhefrist.
