1 Die Gebühren des Abschnitts VII unterliegen mit Ausnahme derjenigen für Grabmieten (Art. 32 und 37) der Mehrwertsteuer zum jeweils geltenden Satz. 2 Sie entsprechen dem Stand des Landesindexes der Konsumentenpreise von 109 Punkten (Basis Mai 2000).
