§ 1. Määruse reguleerimisala
Määrusega kehtestatakse „Euroopa Merendus-, Kalandus- ja Vesiviljelusfondi rakenduskava 2021–2027” (edaspidi rakenduskava) meetme „Perioodi 2021–2027 püügivahendi parendamise toetus” raames toetuse (edaspidi toetus) andmise, kasutamise ja maksmise tingimused ning kord.
