Lebensmittel, die der Änderung vom 2. Juni 2025 nicht entsprechen, dürfen noch bis zum 30. Juni 2026 nach bisherigem Recht eingeführt, hergestellt und gekennzeichnet und noch bis zum Abbau der Bestände an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten abgegeben werden. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V des BLV vom 2. Juni 2025, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2025 (AS 2025 393).
