Lebensmittel, die der Änderung vom 19. Juni 2026 nicht entsprechen, dürfen noch bis zum 31. Januar 2027 nach bisherigem Recht eingeführt, hergestellt und gekennzeichnet und noch bis zum Abbau der Bestände an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten abgegeben werden. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V des BLV vom 19. Juni 2026, in Kraft seit 1. Aug. 2026 (AS 2026 372).
