§ 5 Ermittlung der Befähigung
(1) Zur Ermittlung der Befähigung bei Beendigung eines Qualifizierungsbausteins hat der Anbieter der Berufsausbildungsvorbereitung durch eine Leistungsfeststellung zu beurteilen, ob und mit welchem Erfolg die teilnehmende Person das Qualifizierungsziel erreicht hat. (2) Die Leistungsfeststellung erstreckt sich auf die im Qualifizierungsbild niedergelegten Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse.
