Das Laboratorium muss zur Gewährleistung des sicheren Umgangs mit Proben und genetischen Daten über ein Konzept verfügen, das: a. die Umsetzung der technischen und organisatorischen Massnahmen nach Anhang 4 festlegt; und b. dem Stand der Technik entspricht.
