1 Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach Artikel 29 Buchstabe b GUMG muss die Vorgaben der Norm nach Anhang 2 Ziffer 1 erfüllen. 2 Laboratorien, die die Durchführung einer zytogenetischen oder molekulargenetischen Untersuchung ganz oder teilweise an ein Laboratorium im Ausland übertragen, müssen die veranlassende Person vorgängig darüber informieren.
