Art. 52 Kolostrum und Erzeugnisse auf Kolostrumbasis
1 Für den Umgang mit Kolostrum und Erzeugnissen auf Kolostrumbasis sowie für die Verarbeitung und die Hitzebehandlung von Kolostrum und von Erzeugnissen auf Kolostrumbasis gelten die Artikel 46, 48 Absätze 1 und 2, 49 Absätze 1 und 3 sowie 50 Absatz 1 sinngemäss.
2 Wird Kolostrum nicht täglich abgeholt, so kann es nach dem Melken eingefroren werden. In diesem Falle muss es nach Annahme im Verarbeitungsbetrieb bis zur Verarbeitung gefroren bleiben.
