Art. 59 Grundsatz
Für Sömmerungsbetriebe, in denen Milch verarbeitet wird, gehen die Bestimmungen dieses Kapitels den Artikeln 7, 9, 13, 14, 20 und 48 sowie Artikel 14 Absatz 7 der Verordnung des EDI vom 23. November 2005 über die Hygiene bei der Milchproduktion vor.
