§ 31⁷.
Juhul kui transpondrit kasutatakse mittekontrollitavas õhuruumis, kehtivad kõik §-des 31¹–31⁶ nimetatud nõuded. Kui need nõuded ei ole täidetud, tuleb mittekontrollitavas õhuruumis lennata väljalülitatud transpondriga.
§ 31⁷.
