§ 38.
Välisriigi lennuettevõtja peab lennutööde tegemiseks taotlema Transpordiameti luba. Loa taotlus tuleb esitada vähemalt viis tööpäeva enne tööde kavandatud algust ja see peab sisaldama 5. peatükis nõutud andmeid, millele on lisatud lennutööde tellija nimi, aadress ja sidevahendite numbrid.
