Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet säilitab tulevaseks analüüsiks ja tulemuste jälgimiseks energiaauditiga seotud andmeid 10 aastat või arhiiviseaduses sätestatud korras arhiivi üleandmiseni.
