Art. 104 Finanzierung des Bundesbeitrags
1 Zur Finanzierung des Bundesbeitrags werden zuerst die Erträge aus der Belastung des Tabaks und der gebrannten Wasser verwendet. 2 Der fehlende Betrag wird mit allgemeinen Mitteln gedeckt. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 17. Dez. 2021 (AHV 21), in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2024 (AS 2023 92; BBl 2019 6305).
