Art. 37bis 7. Zusammentreffen von Waisen- und Kinderrenten
Sind für das gleiche Kind sowohl die Voraussetzungen für eine Waisenrente als auch für eine Kinderrente erfüllt, so beträgt die Summe der beiden Renten höchstens 60 Prozent der maximalen Altersrente. Für die Durchführung der Kürzung ist Artikel 35 sinngemäss anwendbar. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 7. Okt. 1994 (10. AHV-Revision), in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1997 (AS 1996 2466; BBl 1990 II 1).
