Art. 90 Zustellung von Urteilen und Einstellungsverfügungen
Die Urteile sowie die Einstellungsverfügungen sind in vollständiger Ausführung unverzüglich der Ausgleichskasse zuzustellen, welche die strafbare Handlung angezeigt hat. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 17. Juni 2011 (Verbesserung der Durchführung), in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2012 (AS 2011 4745; BBl 2011 543).
