Art. 91 Ordnungsbussen
1 Wer Ordnungs- und Kontrollvorschriften verletzt, ohne dass die Verletzung gemäss Artikel 87 oder 88 unter Strafe gestellt ist, wird von der Ausgleichskasse nach vorausgegangener Mahnung mit einer Ordnungsbusse bis zu 1000 Franken belegt. Im Wiederholungsfall innert zweier Jahre kann eine Ordnungsbusse bis zu 5000 Franken ausgesprochen werden.
2 Die Bussenverfügung ist zu begründen.
