Art. 4 II. Aufgaben und Kompetenzen
Aufgaben Der Maiensässkommission kommen insbesondere folgende Aufgaben zu: - Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Maiensässfahrt; - Festsetzung der Maiensässtermine; - Definition der Wanderrouten; - Bestimmen des Maiensässredners, der Maiensässrednerin; - Klärung der Verantwortlichkeiten und Zuteilung von Aufgaben für die Durchführung; - Erlass und Umsetzung Sicherheitskonzept und Notfallplanung; - Freigabe der Maiensässfahrt und des Umzuges; - Auswertung des Anlasses; - Antrag an den Stadtrat für wesentliche Änderungen oder allfällige Nicht- Durchführung.
