Erzielt das ausgeschiedene Mitglied des Gemeinderates ein Erwerbs- oder Ersatzeinkommen, das zusammen mit der Lohnfortzahlung aufgrund dieses Reglements seinen auf den jeweiligen Zeitpunkt umgerechneten bisherigen Gemeinderatslohn übersteigt, so wird die Lohnfortzahlung um den entsprechenden Mehrbetrag gekürzt.
