Erstes Polizei-Ausbildungsjahr 1 Das erste Polizei-Ausbildungsjahr wird an einer Schule gemäss Artikel 9 absolviert, mit einem Einführungspraktikum ergänzt und mit der Prüfung Einsatzfähigkeit (PEF) abgeschlossen. 2 Während des Einführungspraktikums besteht keine Befugnis, selbstständig polizeilich zu handeln. Vorbehalten bleibt der Schusswaffengebrauch bei Notwehr und Notwehrhilfe. Die Aspirantin oder der Aspirant muss jederzeit durch eine ausgebildete Polizistin oder einen ausgebildeten Polizisten begleitet werden. 3 Für das erste Polizei-Ausbildungsjahr wird auf ein Jahr befristet ein Ausbildungsvertrag abgeschlossen.
