§ 4. Aruandeperiood ja aruannete esitamise tähtajad
(1) Paragrahvis 2 nimetatud aruannete aruandeperiood ja esitamise tähtajad nähakse ette samas paragrahvis nimetatud Eesti Panga presidendi määrustes. (2) Paragrahvis 3 nimetatud aruannete aruandeperiood on kvartal, kui määruse lisades ei ole sätestatud teisiti. (3) Paragrahvis 3 nimetatud aruanded esitatakse 20 päeva jooksul pärast aruandeperioodi lõppu.
