Erforderliche Personaldotation 1 Die Dotation an Pflege- und Betreuungspersonal wird aufgrund des Pflegebedarfs der Person nach folgendem Schlüssel gewährt (Personaleinheiten Vollzeit): RAI-Stufe Pflegepersonal Betreuungspersonal Gesamtdotation 1 0,04 0,05 0,09 2 0,12 0,05 0,17 3 0,20 0,28 0,48 4 0,29 0,28 0,57 5 0,36 0,28 0,64 6 0,43 0,28 0,71 7 0,51 0,28 0,79 8 0,59 0,28 0,87 9 0,66 0,28 0,94 10 0,73 0,28 1,01 11 0,80 0,28 1,08 12 0,91 0,28 1,19 2 Es werden folgende zusätzliche Betreuungspersonaldotationen gewährt: a) 0,03 VZÄ pro Person für stationäre Kurzaufenthalte für alle Pflegestufen; b) 2,5 VZÄ je spezialisierte Abteilung für Demenzkranke. 3 Für die Betreuung in den Tagesstätten beträgt die Personaldotation 0,05 VZÄ für die Pflegestufen RAI 1 und RAI 2; ab Pflegestufe RAI 3 beträgt diese Dotation 0,15 VZÄ. 4 Für die Aufnahme nachtsüber beträgt die Betreuungspersonaldotation 0,13 VZÄ ab Pflegestufe RAI 3. 5 Die Direktion legt die Anforderungen für einen Anspruch auf eine zusätzliche Dotation gemäss Absatz 2 fest.
