1 Wer Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten messbare Waren und Dienstleistungen zum Kauf anbietet, hat deren Menge in gesetzlichen Masseinheiten anzugeben. 2 Der Bundesrat kann in besonderen Fällen Ausnahmen von der Mengenangabepflicht vorsehen, namentlich wenn sonst die Abwicklung des Geschäftes in unzumutbarer Weise erschwert würde. 3 Er regelt Inhalt und Form der Mengenangabe. 4 Er kann Vorschriften über die Füllmenge und die Verpackung erlassen.
