§ 34 Vollständig automatisierter Erlass von Verwaltungsakten
Verwaltungsakte der zuständigen Behörde nach den §§ 31 bis 33 und 41 Absatz 1 können unbeschadet des § 24 Absatz 1 Satz 3 des Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetzes vollständig durch automatische Einrichtungen erlassen werden, sofern kein Anlass besteht, den Einzelfall durch Amtsträger zu bearbeiten.
