Entzug Die Betriebsbewilligung wird vom Stadtrat vorübergehend oder dauernd entzogen, wenn die Inhaberinnen oder Inhaber: a) die Bewilligungsvoraussetzungen gemäss Art. 4 oder Art. 5 nicht mehr erfüllen; $$$ 429 1.1.2011 3 b) die Gebühren gemäss diesem Gesetz trotz Mahnung nicht bezahlen oder c) seit Erteilung der Betriebsbewilligung wiederholt oder in schwerwiegender Weise gegen kommunale Vorschriften zum Taxiwesen verstossen haben.
