Meldung der Angaben 1. Allgemeine Vorgaben 1 Die offenzulegenden Angaben sind der Stabsabteilung schriftlich und unterzeichnet sowie elektronisch mittels der zur Verfügung gestellten Formulare zu melden. 2 Die politischen Parteien und die Akteurinnen und Akteure nach Artikel 61b Absatz 1 RAW haben auf den Formularen die für die Offenlegung verantwortliche natürliche Person mit Namen, Vornamen und falls vorhanden der Funktion anzugeben. 3 Für die Bewertung der weiteren geldwerten Leistungen ist der Marktwert massgebend. 4 Weitere geldwerte Leistungen müssen erst ab einem Wert von CHF 100 pro Urheberin oder Urheber und Jahr oder Kampagne erfasst werden.
