§ 3 Aufhebung des Holzabsatzfondsgesetzes und der Holzabsatzfondsverordnung
(1) Es werden aufgehoben: 1. das Holzabsatzfondsgesetz in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 6. Oktober 1998 (BGBl. I S. 3130), das zuletzt durch Artikel 2 des Gesetzes vom 26. Juni 2007 (BGBl. I S. 1170) geändert worden ist, 2. die Holzabsatzfondsverordnung vom 4. Januar 1999 (BGBl. I S. 2), die zuletzt durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 20. Mai 2007 (BGBl. I S. 939) geändert worden ist. (2) Bis zum Ablauf des Tages, an dem die Abwicklung der Anstalt Absatzförderungsfonds der deutschen Forst- und Holzwirtschaft beendet ist, ist das Holzabsatzfondsgesetz mit Ausnahme des § 2 Absatz 1 bis 3, des § 4 Absatz 1 Satz 4, des § 10 Absatz 1 bis 6, des § 11 und des § 12 weiter anzuwenden.
