Art. 8.3 Anwendung des Wettbewerbsrechts auf öffentliche Unternehmen
Jede Vertragspartei gewährleistet, dass die Massnahmen gemäss Art. 8.2 Abs. 2 (Wettbewerbsrecht) auf ihre Staatsbetriebe oder staatlich kontrollierten Unternehmen in dem nach ihrer Rechtsordnung erforderlichen Umfang Anwendung findet.
