Auf Grund des § 53 Abs. 3 in Verbindung mit Abs. 1 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes vom 23. März 2005 (BGBl. I S. 931), dessen Absätze 1 und 3 durch Artikel 232 Nr. 3 Buchstabe a und b der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 2006 (BGBl. I S. 2407) geändert worden sind, verordnet das Bundesministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung nach Anhörung des Hauptausschusses des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung:
