Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales erlässt – nach § 34 Absatz 5, § 42 Absatz 1 Satz 2 und § 84 Satz 2 des Bundesdisziplinargesetzes vom 9. Juli 2001 (BGBl. I S. 1510), das zuletzt durch Artikel 1 des Gesetzes vom 20. Dezember 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 389) geändert worden ist, – nach § 127 Absatz 3 des Bundesbeamtengesetzes vom 5. Februar 2009 (BGBl. I S. 160), das zuletzt durch Artikel 6 des Gesetzes vom 20. Dezember 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 389) geändert worden ist, sowie – nach § 40 Absatz 2 Satz 2 des Arbeitsgerichtsgesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 2. Juli 1979 (BGBl. I S. 853, 1036), der zuletzt durch Artikel 170 der Verordnung vom 31. August 2015 (BGBl. I S. 1474) geändert worden ist, in Verbindung mit § 1 Absatz 2 des Zuständigkeitsanpassungsgesetzes vom 16. August 2002 (BGBl. I S. 3165) und dem Organisationserlass vom 8. Dezember 2021 (BGBl. I S. 5176) im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Justiz, die folgende Anordnung:
