Kommerzielle Tätigkeiten 1 Die zuständigen Organisationseinheiten können im Rahmen ihrer Aufgaben selbstständig Verträge mit Dritten über kommerzielle Tätigkeiten innerhalb der Aufgabe abschliessen. 2 Die Erfüllung des Leistungsauftrages darf durch die kommerzielle Tätigkeit nicht beeinträchtigt werden. 3 Leistungen an Dritte sind mindestens zu Vollkosten, in der Regel aber zu marktüblichen Preisen in Rechnung zu stellen. 4 Der Stadtrat regelt das Nähere.
