März 2024 geltenden Fassung sowie die Delegationsanordnung BEV vom 24. August 2005 (BGBl. I S. 2515) anzuwenden. Maßnahmen, die nach dem bisherigen Recht getroffen worden sind, bleiben rechtswirksam.
