1 Die rechtsgültige Beurkundung der Personenstandsdaten erfolgt durch die Funktion des Beurkundens im Personenstandsregister. 2 Beurkunden dürfen nur Zivilstandsbeamtinnen und Zivilstandsbeamte mit dem entsprechenden Zugriffsrecht (Art. 79) und unter Verwendung ihrer persönlichen Identifikation.
