Art. 87 Entlassung und Nichtwiederwahl einer Zivilstandsbeamtin oder eines Zivilstandsbeamten
1 Zivilstandsbeamtinnen und Zivilstandsbeamte, die sich zur Ausübung ihres Amtes als unfähig erwiesen haben oder die Wählbarkeitsvoraussetzungen nach Artikel 4 Absatz 3 nicht mehr erfüllen, sind durch die Aufsichtsbehörde von Amtes wegen oder auf Antrag des EAZW ihres Amtes zu entheben oder gegebenenfalls von der Wiederwahl auszuschliessen.
