§ 12 Unterrichtung der Einleger über den Eintritt des Entschädigungsfalls
Das Einlagensicherungssystem hat die Einleger des CRR-Kreditinstituts unverzüglich über den Eintritt des Entschädigungsfalls zu unterrichten und darauf hinzuweisen, dass Ansprüche nach § 5 in Verbindung mit § 8 Absatz 2 nach Maßgabe von § 8 Absatz 5 glaubhaft gemacht werden müssen. Die Unterrichtung kann mit der Entschädigung erfolgen.
