Die §§ 27 bis 32 sind im Falle der Inanspruchnahme einer gesetzlichen Entschädigungseinrichtung im Rahmen einer Abwicklung gemäß § 145 des Sanierungs- und Abwicklungsgesetzes entsprechend anzuwenden, wenn die verfügbaren Finanzmittel nicht ausreichen, um die sich aus § 145 des Sanierungs- und Abwicklungsgesetzes ergebende Pflicht zur Haftung zu erfüllen.
