§ 37 Bericht über das Ergebnis der Prüfung
(1) Über das Ergebnis der Prüfungen nach § 35 ist ein Bericht zu erstellen. (2) Der Bericht enthält die Feststellung, ob bei dem geprüften CRR-Kreditinstitut Umstände vorliegen, welche die Gefahr des Eintritts eines Entschädigungsfalls bei dem CRR-Kreditinstitut begründen. (3) Wurden im Rahmen der Prüfung wesentliche Verstöße des CRR-Kreditinstituts gegen dieses Gesetz, das Kreditwesengesetz oder die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 575/2013 festgestellt, enthält der Bericht auch diese Feststellungen.
