Art 9 Bekanntmachungserlaubnis
(1) Das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit und Soziale Sicherung kann die Bundesärzteordnung und das Gesetz über die Ausübung der Zahnheilkunde in der vom Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes an geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt machen. (2) Das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit und Soziale Sicherung kann die Approbationsordnung für Ärzte und die Approbationsordnung für Zahnärzte in der vom Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes an geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt machen.
