L'inscription est refusée aux personnes: a) qui n'ont pas l'exercice des droits civils; b) qui ont été condamnées pour un crime ou un délit grave, commis dans l'exercice de leur profession ou qui porte atteinte à leur honorabilité ou moralité, tant que le jugement n'a pas été radié du casier judiciaire; c) auxquelles l'exercice de leur profession a été interdit par l'Etat ou le canton d'origine ou de provenance.
