§ 6 Güterstand
Die Lebenspartner leben im Güterstand der Zugewinngemeinschaft, wenn sie nicht durch Lebenspartnerschaftsvertrag (§ 7) etwas anderes vereinbaren. § 1363 Abs. 2 und die §§ 1364 bis 1390 des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs gelten entsprechend.
