Art. 14 Kreditfreigaben
(Art. 24 FHG) Über Kreditfreigaben aus Verpflichtungskrediten nach Artikel 24 FHG entscheiden die Departemente, sofern in der Kreditbewilligung nicht ausdrücklich der Bundesrat für zuständig erklärt wurde. Die Departemente können die Zuständigkeit nachgeordneten Stellen übertragen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 10. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2022 (AS 2021 807).
