Art. 24 Nachtragskredite
(Art. 33 und 34 FHG) 1 Der Bundesrat unterbreitet der Bundesversammlung die Nachtragskreditbegehren in der Sommersession (Nachtrag I) oder in der Wintersession (Nachtrag II). 2 Dringliche Aufwände und dringliche Investitionsausgaben werden vom Bundesrat unter Vorbehalt von Artikel 36 Absatz 1 FHG mit vorgängiger Zustimmung der Finanzdelegation als Vorschuss bewilligt.
