Art. 27c Einzelkredite
(Art. 30a Abs. 5 FHG) Als bedeutende Einzelmassnahmen und Projekte nach Artikel 30a Absatz 5 FHG gelten namentlich: a. befristete Projekte, soweit deren Budgetierung im Globalbudget die Stetigkeit beeinträchtigt; b. der Rüstungsaufwand; c. der Mittelbedarf von Verwaltungsbereichen, für die eine Steuerung mit Zielen, Messgrössen und Sollwerten nach Artikel 27b Buchstabe c nicht geeignet ist.
