Art. 27h Verwendung von Reserven
(Art. 32a FHG) 1 Zweckgebundene Reserven dürfen nur für das Projekt eingesetzt werden, für das sie gebildet worden sind. Ein beim Abschluss des Projekts nicht beanspruchter Restbetrag verfällt. 2 Allgemeine Reserven können für die Finanzierung von Projekten und Massnahmen eingesetzt werden, die gemäss Voranschlag oder Finanzplan und Leistungsvereinbarung besonders gefördert werden sollen oder die anderweitig zum Grundauftrag des Amtes gehören.
