Art. 78 Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 22. November 2017
Die SKB löst Kontobeziehungen von Kontoinhaberinnen und Kontoinhabern, die keinen Wohnsitz in der Schweiz haben (Art. 72a Abs. 2 Bst. f), innerhalb eines Jahres nach Inkrafttreten dieser Änderung auf. Kann die SKB eine Kontobeziehung nicht auflösen, so erbringt sie spätestens ein Jahr nach Inkrafttreten dieser Änderung keine Dienstleistungen mehr. Sie kann das Konto zinslos stellen.
